NOTE VERBALE

The Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs have the honour

to acknowledge the receipt of the Note Verbale No.320 of the

6th September and to take note of the communication contained

therein, regarding the transit through Hong Kong of arms

destined for China.

The Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs assures his

Britannic Majesty's Fmbassy that they will not fail to transmit

to the latter copies of export permits ("Fulla osta") issued

by the competent Royal Authorities for arms destined for

Hong Kong and for China via Hong Kong.
